This studio apartment is located on the first floor, without elevator, of a building in Alfama, one of the most traditional and old neighborhoods in Lisbon.

Please note that access to the studio is made through steep and narrow stairs.

Alfama is a very lively area, with plenty of movement throughout the day, restaurants and bars, so noise is to be expected.
During the month of June, annual festivities of "Santos Populares" take place in this area, which will increase influx of people and noise.

As many in this old neighborhood, the street is strictly pedestrian - no car access - and quite narrow.

There's also a foldable dining table for 2.

A fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.

- Bathroom
Features a bathroom with shower.
Please note it is a small bathroom, not suitable for people with low mobility.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Tram: The famous Tram 28 passes through Alfama, offering a scenic route through the narrow streets of the neighborhood. This tram is a popular choice for tourists as it provides a charming journey past many of Lisbon's historic landmarks.

Metro: The closest metro station to Rua de São Miguel 61 is Santa Apolónia, which is served by the blue line (Linha Azul). From Santa Apolónia, you can easily access other parts of Lisbon and beyond, including the airport and major train stations.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ Monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
