The living area is bright and comfortable, designed for relaxing after a day out in Lisbon. With a sofa and TV, it’s a welcoming space to unwind, while the dining area, integrated and close to the kitchen, features a table for 4, ideal for shared meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, allowing you to prepare meals with ease throughout your stay.
It includes:

- Bedrooms

The apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), both with built-in wardrobes and good natural light.

One of the bedrooms is a suite, offering added privacy and comfort.

• One ensuite bathroom with a bathtub
• A second bathroom with a shower

Both are designed to ensure practicality and comfort during your stay.

- Terrace & Balcony

The apartment features a terrace and a balcony, creating a pleasant connection to the outdoors.

The terrace, accessible from the living room and the ensuite bedroom, includes a dining table, perfect for sunny breakfasts or relaxed meals at the end of the day.

The balcony, more private and facing the back of the building, is accessible from the kitchen and the second bedroom.

Natural light flows throughout the apartment, creating a bright and comfortable environment. Double-glazed windows help maintain a pleasant indoor temperature and reduce outside noise, while central heating (radiators) ensures comfort during colder months.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building without an elevator, which is common in this area of the city.

To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Located in Estrela, one of Lisbon’s most charming and residential neighborhoods, this area offers a more relaxed and local atmosphere while still being close to the city’s main highlights.

Known for its historic streets, traditional architecture and everyday Lisbon life, Estrela is home to small cafés, local restaurants and neighborhood shops. Just a short walk away, you’ll find Jardim da Estrela, one of the city’s most beautiful parks, as well as the iconic Basílica da Estrela.

The riverside area of Santos and Lapa are also nearby, offering a mix of culture, dining and scenic walks along the Tagus River.

It’s the perfect setting for those who want to experience Lisbon beyond the tourist hotspots, while still staying well connected to the rest of the city.

Getting around from the apartment is simple and convenient, with several transport options nearby.

There are tram stops in the surrounding area, including the iconic Tram 28, which passes right in front of Basílica da Estrela, a classic way to explore Lisbon. Multiple bus stops are also within walking distance, offering easy connections across the city.

The nearest metro station is Rato, around a 13-minute walk away. Do note that the route includes a steep uphill section, typical of Lisbon’s terrain.

The area is also great to explore on foot. You can reach Príncipe Real and the Botanical Garden in about 15 minutes, Santos in around 20 minutes, and the National Museum of Ancient Art in approximately 22 minutes.

A great base to discover Lisbon at your own pace, whether on foot or by public transport.

￫ Self-Catered Accommodation
The accommodation is self-catered. Some basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, one additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Additional cleaning services or linen and towel changes can be requested during the stay at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM until 22:00PM (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). One set of keys will be provided.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, an additional penalty may apply.

￫ Noise Monitoring
The property is equipped with noise monitoring sensors to help maintain a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors. These devices measure decibel levels only; they do not record audio or use cameras, ensuring complete privacy.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Long Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
