This lovely 148m² apartment is ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy sofa-bed where you can unwind, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils.

The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each bed is dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and pleasant night’s sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and relax.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Please note: the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
