- The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.
- Rua das Fontainhas a São Lourenço is a strictly pedestrian street, so cars cannot stop directly at the door. The closest and most convenient car access is via Rua das Farinhas. From there, guests will need to continue on foot and climb a staircase to reach the street.
- The apartment does not have air conditioning. Portable heating is available for colder days.
- This is a historic and central area of Lisbon, so some urban noise may be expected.

The apartment is well located for exploring Lisbon on foot and by public transport. Martim Moniz and Rossio metro stations are both within walking distance, with Martim Moniz on the Green Line — useful for reaching Baixa-Chiado, Cais do Sodré, Alameda and other central areas.

From Lisbon Airport, take the Red Line to Alameda, then change to the Green Line and exit at Martim Moniz. From there, continue on foot to the apartment. Please note that the final access includes pedestrian streets and stairs.

Several bus and tram stops are also available around Martim Moniz, Praça da Figueira and Rossio. The well-known 28E and 12E routes serve Martim Moniz and connect with some of Lisbon’s most historic areas, including Graça, Alfama, Sé and Chiado.

For day trips, Rossio train station is also nearby and offers train connections to Sintra.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
