The ground floor features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, and an open living area with a television, seating nook, and double sofa bed. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics.

The first floor houses two additional sleeping areas—one bedroom with a double bed and another room with a bunk bed—alongside a second bathroom complete with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Glass doors from the living space open out onto a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating.

Guests have access to a range of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared heated outdoor swimming pool open from April through October, a fitness equipment area, a table tennis table, and on-site parking. A paid sauna facility is also available for ultimate relaxation.
