This is an oceanfront home, however, views may be obstructed depending on the presence and height of these berms, which vary based on seasonal and weather conditions.

This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

There is no designated parking included with this unit. Public street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and street sweeping/paid parking signs and rules must be followed. Please do not attempt to park in any of the garage spaces or block the alley.

Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.
