The larger condo offers four separate sleeping areas:

-Primary bedroom: King bed, TV, and direct access to a spacious balcony that wraps around toward the living area, with an ensuite featuring a Jacuzzi tub
-Second bedroom: Queen bed, TV, large window, and closet
-Third bedroom: King bed, TV, mini fridge, private balcony with incredible ski hill views, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower
-Loft: King bed and TV

The balcony is a standout feature of the larger unit, offering generous outdoor space and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and ski hill. It’s a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, take in the scenery, or unwind together after a day outdoors.

The spacious kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, with seating for four at the counter and a dining table for six. The bright living room features large windows, a gas fireplace, and Fire TV, while the entryway provides plenty of room for ski and outdoor gear.

Both condos include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, private laundry, gas fireplaces, TVs, balconies, and underground parking. Locally roasted coffee, locally made soaps, and fresh towels are provided in each unit.

Located at Polaris Lodge in Kimberley Alpine Resort, this property offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access and is perfectly positioned for skiing, hiking, biking, and enjoying the mountains year-round.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
