Guava Ohana offers a comfortable single-level layout with plenty of room for families and groups to spend time together while still enjoying their own space. The main living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while the adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen create an inviting central gathering place for meals, conversation, and downtime.

Guava Ohana includes four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is a fun bunk room featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds, a futon, a foosball table, and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bunk room accommodates a maximum of five guests, including use of the futon.

Step outside to enjoy a large, screened porch and fenced backyard. Fire up the BBQ after a beach day or gather around the fire pit in the evening. The combination of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces makes Guava Ohana a comfortable home base for a Panama City Beach getaway.

The El Centro Beach area of Panama City Beach offers a convenient location near the Gulf while keeping guests close to many of the attractions, restaurants, shopping, and recreation that make the west end of PCB so popular. The area is located south of Panama City Beach Parkway and within approximately half a mile of the water.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is its proximity to the beach and the Pier Park area. Public Beach Access #65 is nearby, providing convenient access to the white-sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Pier Park, Russell-Fields Pier, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, seasonal events, and Aaron Bessant Park are also just a short drive away.

For the safety and security of Guava Ohana, exterior security cameras are located around the front and sides of the house. Cameras monitor exterior areas only.

Routine lawn or exterior maintenance may occur during a guest stay. Service schedules can vary, so exact arrival times for vendors cannot be guaranteed.

Beach towels and starter essentials are provided to make arrival easier.

A propane grill is provided. Propane tanks are provided for guest use; however, guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging the tank if additional propane is needed during their stay.

Trash walk-up service is provided every Friday. Please do not move the trash cans. Guests should not take the trash cans to or from the street.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
