🛏️ Cleanliness & Care
No Food in Beds: Do not bring food, drinks, or soiled items in Beds.
Staining Fee: Additional deep-cleaning or replacement fees apply for heavily stained linens or towels.

👥 Occupancy & Visitors
Capacity Limits: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
No Unregistered Guests: Day visitors are welcome, but unregistered guests are strictly prohibited from staying overnight.

📋 Mandatory Guest Registration
Legal Requirement: By Czech law, we must register all guests with the Foreign Police.
Required Details (3 Days Before Arrival): To comply with Czech law and activate your smart lock access, you must complete the online registration 3 days prior to your arrival date. You will need to provide the full name, date of birth, and country of origin for every guest staying in the apartment by scanning their passports/IDs through our secure check-in link.

💰 Local Tourist Tax
Mandatory City Tax: Prague law requires a municipal tax of 50 CZK (approx. €2) per adult (18+), per night, payable upon arrival. Children under 18 and Prague residents are exempt.

🤫 Neighbors & Quiet Hours (Night Peace)
Respect Neighbors: Strictly no shouting, loud music, or disruptive behavior inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in building common areas at any time.
Czech Law on Night Peace: By Czech law, strict Quiet Hours apply daily from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please bring all conversations inside and keep voices to a whisper. Neighbors will call the police immediately for violations.

The apartment features premium smart technology, including automated blackout blinds and a central ventilation system. To protect these high-end amenities, please review our digital House Manual upon arrival. Kindly do not force or manually pull the automated blinds. Thank you for helping us keep our home pristine!

🚗 Private Secured Garage (Reservation Required)
Secured Parking: A private, enclosed individual garage with a locked roller shutter door is available inside the building. Perfect for premium vehicles or families traveling with valuable belongings.
Price & Booking: €15 per night. Due to limited space, please reserve at least 24 hours in advance.
