Located on the 4th floor with lift access, this modern and tastefully decorated 54 m² apartment is ideally situated in downtown Lisbon, close to many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The apartment features an open-plan layout. The living area includes a large sofa, a smart TV with multiple streaming options for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. You’ll also enjoy a private balcony with seating, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, along with a stove, oven, and microwave, so you can easily prepare delicious meals. For your convenience, the apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Baixa is a historic neighbourhood located in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal. It is known for its iconic grid street layout, elegant squares, and neoclassical architecture, which give it a distinctive and charming character. Baixa was rebuilt after a devastating earthquake in 1755 and is considered one of the first examples of planned urban design in Europe. The neighbourhood is home to many significant landmarks, including the Praça do Comércio (Commerce Square), the Rossio Square, and the Santa Justa Elevator, which offers panoramic city views. Baixa is a bustling area with a mix of shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions, making it a popular destination for tourists and locals. It provides a great starting point for exploring Lisbon's historic sites and vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

There is no free parking available at the property.
The nearest bus stop, Igreja R. Conceição, is just a 1-minute walk.
The nearest metro station, Baixa-Chiado, is only a 2-minute walk.
The nearest train station, Rossio, is a 9-minute walk.
The nearest ferry terminal, Terreiro do Paço, is an 11-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately a 26-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
