1. No smoking allowed within the apartment building, to include: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. The sidewalk and/or grass is NOT the proper place to dispose of your cigarette butts. Ash trays will not be provided.

2. Please keep the place clean and tidy throughout your stay. The apartment is new and pest-free and future guests would like it to stay that way. As such, please don`t leave food and garbage out for extended periods of time. We all like to stay clean :)

3. Garbage chutes are located in a room on the opposite side of the floor for your convenience.

4. If something is damaged, please let us know before you check out. It’s ok, these things happen and is no big deal! We just need to know ASAP so we can replace the items for upcoming guests.

5. Check In: 4PM, Check Out: 11AM
These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you. We have no issues with early check in if there is no guest the night prior to your stay and the house is already cleaned.
