The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery.

The apartment has four bedrooms: three with two single beds and wardrobes, and one with a double bed. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
