The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.

The first and second bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the third with two single beds. The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Baixa is a vibrant neighbourhood located in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal. It is known for its charming streets, elegant squares, and beautiful architecture. Let me paint a picture for you!
Baixa is characterised by its wide boulevards, lined with colourful buildings adorned with intricate tiles. As you wander the streets, you'll find a mix of traditional Portuguese shops, trendy boutiques, and local cafes. Take a moment to admire the facades and soak in the lively atmosphere.
One of the main highlights of Baixa is the Praça do Comércio, a magnificent square facing the Tagus River. Here, you can relax on one of the benches, enjoy the view, and watch the hustle and bustle of the city. Don't forget to snap some photos of the iconic Arco da Rua Augusta, a triumphal arch that marks the entrance to the square.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There is no free parking available at this property.
The nearest subway station is Rossio, a 2-minute walk.
The nearest ferry terminal is Cais do Sodré, a 20-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport: 26-minute drive

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
