Beautiful rustic villa in Teulada, for 12 people with private pool. Located just 10 minutes from the Calas de Benissa Costa and Moraira, 500 metres from a supermarket and 400 metres from one of the best restaurants in the area, the Cañis Restaurant. This villa offers a perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to the most popular tourist areas such as Calpe, Moraira and Benissa.
On the ground floor, the villa has a spacious terrace equipped with a barbecue, washing machine, refrigerator, outdoor lounge and dining table, with direct access to the swimming pool. There is a split air conditioning unit in this part of the terrace. The terrace remains open for pool maintenance access, to keep the pool in good condition.
