Welcome to this spacious duplex penthouse on Plaça de Catalunya, a fantastic base for exploring Girona. Located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, you'll be just a short walk from the historic Barri Vell, while shops, cafés and restaurants are right on your doorstep.The apartment is spread over two floors. On the lower level you'll find all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a 150 cm double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds placed together, while the third has two separate 90 cm single beds. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.Upstairs you'll find the bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, an additional toilet, and a desk if you need a quiet place to sit. From the living room you can enjoy lovely views over Plaça de Catalunya.The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, fast WiFi and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bikes are welcome, although there is no dedicated bike storage inside the building. Whether you're visiting Girona for its history, gastronomy, cycling or simply to enjoy the city, this duplex penthouse is an excellent place to stay.
