This is a waterfront property, so children should be supervised around the dock and canal at all times.

Guests bringing a boat should confirm vessel dimensions and clearance requirements before arrival.

Unfortunately the boat lift is not available for use. However, 1 mile away is Harry Harris park which features a boat launch. This is a short, smooth and enjoyable boat ride to park right in our dock.

The home is especially well suited for extended Florida Keys stays.

ONLY small dogs less than 30lbs are allowed at the property, with a max of 2. Please ask for prior approval. There are additional pet rules and pet fees if a pet is approved.
