Perched on the lower slopes of Puig de Maria, this traditional stone cottage enjoys sweeping views across Pollensa's old town and the surrounding mountains. Just a short walk from the town centre, it offers a peaceful countryside setting for couples or small families while keeping cafés, restaurants, shops, and nearby beaches within easy reach.
Inside, whitewashed walls, exposed wooden beams, and terracotta floors blend traditional Mallorcan character with modern comfort. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area creates a bright and welcoming space, complete with comfortable seating and a traditional wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and generous storage for easy self-catering. Two beautifully furnished bedrooms share a full bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private parking ensure a comfortable stay.
Outside, vine-covered terraces provide wonderful spots to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks while taking in panoramic views of Pollensa, the Calvari Steps, and the surrounding mountains. The private swimming pool is bordered by lawns and a stone sun terrace with loungers, while the built-in barbecue creates the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor dining in peaceful surroundings.
