Peace, privacy, and mountain scenery come together at this charming cottage, tucked away just 1 km from Pollensa's historic old town. Set at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, it's an ideal retreat for couples looking to enjoy quiet surroundings while staying close to local cafés, restaurants, beaches, and scenic walking routes.
Inside, the bright living and dining area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, satellite TV, DVD player, and dining table for relaxed evenings indoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster for easy self-catering. The air-conditioned double bedroom provides a restful space to unwind, complemented by a modern shower room. Free Wi-Fi, heating, and private parking ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.
Outside, two furnished terraces provide peaceful spots to enjoy breakfast, a glass of wine, or dinner in the fresh air. One terrace is covered, while the second can be shaded with sun sails for added comfort.
