Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 10 people, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms.
INTERIOR: This lovely villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR where you will find an entrance hall, a spacious lounge-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and access to the covered terrace, ideal for breakfast. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher and also access to the terrace. Two bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with ceiling fan and access to the balcony. One bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower each. On the FIRST FLOOR which is accessed by internal stairs, you will find a lounge with TV and access to the solarium. A kitchen with gas cooker. A spacious bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower tray and finally, a spacious bedroom with two single beds.
EXTERIOR: Exceptional 10x4 rectangular pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. There is also a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for three vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged urbanisation called Garduix, given its proximity to the beaches and the centre of Calpe. The nearest supermarket is only 750 m away and the sandy beach and centre of Calpe are 1.5 km away.
