About this house rental
The light-filled living area forms the heart of the home, creating a welcoming space to unwind and connect. Sink into the plush sofa with a book, enjoy leafy views through expansive glazing, or gather around the large dining table for meals and conversation. The well-appointed kitchen features a central island and quality appliances for easy cooking, while air-conditioning in the dining space keeps the home comfortable throughout.
Outside, the private backyard offers another inviting place to spend time together, with an alfresco dining setting, a gas BBQ, and an open lawn. Families travelling with children will love the climbing slide and outdoor play table, giving little ones their own space to play while everyone enjoys the fresh air.
The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed and heritage styling, while the second bedroom features two king single beds alongside books and toys for younger guests. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen sofa bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate shower and complimentary toiletries. A laundry with a washing machine and drying rack adds convenience for longer stays.
While there is no on-site parking, free street parking is available nearby.
Please note: The fireplaces are decorative only and not functional. As the home is located beside a train line, some train noise may be heard. However, highly efficient secondary glazing helps keep the interior quiet, cool, and comfortable.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Positioned in one of Northcote's most walkable pockets, the home is just a short stroll from vibrant High Street and Westgarth Village. Running through the heart of the village, High Street was named the "Coolest Street in the World" by Time Out in 2024, celebrated for its vibrant mix of independent businesses, diverse dining, thriving arts scene and welcoming community spirit.
