With 6 bedrooms, a brand-new pool and spa, private sport court, oversized putting green and expansive outdoor living, this Travli Luxe estate was designed for unforgettable Arizona escapes.

Other Things to Note:

The spa heat is included. Pool heating is available for $75 per night or $400 per week, with the pool set to 86°F.



Guests are required to complete a Pool Use & Safety Waiver prior to check-in.



This property maintains a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. Scottsdale/Phoenix-area noise regulations are strictly enforced, and violations may result in fines and immediate termination of the stay.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the home. A $250 non-refundable fee applies to violations.



For safety and compliance, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the exterior entrance. The home may also utilize a Minut noise monitor, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations.



Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $75 housekeeping rescheduling fee. Please contact us in advance to request a late departure.
