The Space
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with quality linens.
Bedroom 2: Full-over-Full bunk bed (comfortable for adults and kids alike).
Living Room: Pull-out sleeper sofa, smart TV, extra pillows, and cozy blankets.

Full Kitchen: Stainless appliances (full-size oven, fridge/freezer, microwave), cookware, dinnerware, and with complimentary coffee.

Entryway Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Climate Control: Air conditioning, efficient heating, and ceiling fans in the primary bedroom and living area for maximum comfort.

Trail Access: Just steps from the guesthouse are the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS), connecting directly to Observatory Mesa and Railroad Springs trails.

House Notes & Good to Know
Host Privacy: We live in the separate main house on-site. We completely respect your privacy, but we are nearby if you need extra supplies or local recommendations.

In winter, we do our best to keep the driveway cleared of snow.

Stairs & Access: The living quarters are located on the second level above the garage (16 stairs total).

Driveway & Parking: The short driveway approaching the garage is steep; vehicles with low clearance may scrape. Between April 1 – October 31 street parking is also permitted.

Winter Street Parking Ordinance: Per City of Flagstaff regulations, no overnight street parking is permitted from November 1 to April 1 therefore please park inside your designated 2-car garage.

Security: A video-enabled smart keypad is located at the exterior garage entrance for secure check-in. It records only the exterior driveway. There are zero cameras inside the home or private living areas.
