This stylish one bedroom studio apartment sits in the heart of Aldgate, on the eastern edge of the City of London.

The home opens into a bright, open plan living, kitchen and dining area framed by floor to ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The lounge is a relaxed place to unwind, with a sofa bed that sleeps two extra guests. The marble kitchen is fully equipped with a Siemens oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, wine cooler and a washer dryer, plus a dining table by the window.

The bedroom has a king bed with quality linens, a mirrored wardrobe and plenty of storage. The marble bathroom is finished to a high standard, with a bathtub and an overhead rain shower.

Super fast fibre broadband runs throughout, so the apartment is just as easy for remote working as it is for relaxing.

Heating and hot water run through the building's modern communal system, with simple room controls. There is also a shared terrace on the 9th floor, a lovely spot to take in the city air.

The location is superb for getting around. Aldgate East station is about a 4 minute walk, Aldgate around 7 minutes and Tower Hill around 11 minutes, with Liverpool Street and the Elizabeth line roughly 12 to 15 minutes on foot. The Tower of London and Tower Bridge are around a 10 to 12 minute stroll, and Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane are just to the north.

Access is step free from the street, with secure entry and lift access up to the apartment.

We provide a starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, soap, toilet roll and kitchen roll to help you settle in. These are set to last the first couple of days. If you need more, there is a Sainsbury's and an Amazon Fresh a couple of minutes walk away.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves for the duration of the stay.

The building has secure entry and lift access. You will receive full self check in details before arrival, so you can come and go independently.

There is no private balcony, but there is a shared terrace on a high floor for guests to enjoy.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short let property management company. Offering a hotel like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from hotel grade linens and the home comforts you would expect, like shampoo, soap, hair dryer and iron. - Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 11am.
- Please let us know in advance if you need early check in or late check out, as additional charges may apply.
- A £30 charge will be applied if guests check themselves in early without permission, or check out late, as this disrupts our cleaner's schedule.
- Keys: please take care of the keys. A £100 charge will be applied for lost keys.
- Please take the keys with you when leaving, or leave them where you collected them. A £50 charge will be applied for a lock out, and service is restricted outside working hours.
- At checkout, please return the keys to the collection point, as the cleaners expect to collect them. A £100 charge will be applied if the keys are not returned to the collection point after checkout.
- No parties or gatherings: this is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional GBP 250 fee applies if house rules are broken.
- Noise: please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
- Parking: paid street parking is available near the property. Please park legally and do not block other vehicles.
- Consumables: we provide a starter supply of toiletries and basics to cover the first couple of days of your stay, including shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials like tea, coffee and sugar. These are intended to make your arrival comfortable and give you time to settle in, but they may not be sufficient for the whole stay, so please buy more locally as needed.
- Security: always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Indoor shoes: to keep the property clean, please wear indoor shoes or slippers inside.
- Heating: please turn the thermostat down to 19 degrees when leaving the property.
- Please note there is no on site parking and no private balcony. There is a shared terrace on a high floor.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
