The Kenniston Hill House was newly renovated with a blend of historic charm & modern systems. This 228 year old landmark has a storied past and was built by David Kenniston, a Revolutionary War veteran.

Located next to the Boothbay Country Club, 10 minutes to the harbor & Botanical gardens. This unique vintage Maine home is well suited for gathering and enjoying the rhythms of life on the Maine coast.
