Privacy & Layout: This property is one side of a residential duplex with its own private entrance and dedicated outdoor patio space. Please note that there are two interior steps connecting the main living and sleeping area with the rear dining area, workspace, laundry, and second bathroom.

Pet Policy & Yard: Well-behaved pets are warmly welcomed, subject to our house rules and applicable pet fees. The backyard has a decorative fence, but smaller pets should be supervised closely as they may be able to squeeze between the fence slats.

Parking Rules: Two dedicated off-street parking spaces are provided directly in front of the unit for your convenience. On-street parking is strictly prohibited.
