The space
This is a new and modern tiny home by Clever Tiny Homes. It's a well-designed space with all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. You have your own private deck, with hammocks, a swing chair, and a fire table. Plenty of room to enjoy the amazing Arizona weather and sunsets.

The property sits on 4 acres of fenced paddocks with a large newly planted orchard in the front.

Other things to note
If you have pets, they must be kept on a leash as we have a large number of farm animals that free-range. We do have two large livestock guardians that are very people-friendly. They are just bigger than what people are used to. Emus do peck at what interests them; jewelry and colored nails are their favorite. So be careful when petting them. It's best that you have a farm tour before exploring the farm for the animals safety and yours.
