Come stay in our downtown Sacramento loft styled condo. Its location allows you to enjoy many of Sacramento’s well-known attractions such as the Golden 1 Center, California’s State Capitol, and numerous restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

The space
The space is a 2bed/ 2bath modern built home with King and Queen (convertible sleeper sofa) + large airbed sleeper options. With a fully fitted kitchen, roomy living spaces and two spacious balconies, this home boasts downtown Sacramento living near its best.

Full ensuite bathroom w/ toilet, shower tub, vanity sink and mirror.


Full Kitchen: 4 burner gas stove, oven and range, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, baking ware, oven mitts, plates, cups, utensils, wine/bottle opener, garbage bin. Large granite countertop island with deep sink.

Living Room: 60 inches Flat Screen Smart TV, 2 bar stool chairs, comfy tufted sofa, and a third-floor balcony facing the neighborhood.


Supplies: We provide a week's worth of supplies, including trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and other necessities. Guests will have to purchase their own supplies thereafter.

The entire home is available including use of the attached, private garage.

Other things to note
Parking: There is one garage parking for only one compact vehicle, it is very small and tight. There is also open street parking along both sides of the condominium block. Please do not block any fire hydrants or driveways. Please keep in mind that this listing is in the downtown area, so there is a lot of nearby foot traffic. Please don't leave any items visible from the outside of your car so as not to attract any unwanted attention.

Heating and cooling: Our HVAC operates off of a multi-split system with a unit in each room and two in the living room/kitchen. You will find a corresponding thermostat near each HVAC unit. Each HVAC unit must have the same "heat" or "cool" setting; they cannot have conflicting settings. Otherwise, the system may not work effectively throughout the condo.

You can check in any time after 3:00 p.m. through the combination doorknob. The code will be messaged to you through the Vrbo messaging platform a day before your reservation.

We ask guests do the following before their 11am check-out.
● Garbage: Gather and place all garbage and place them in the garbage bins that should be located inside the garage. The garbage is to be taken out to the street curb every Tuesday night for Wednesday morning city pick up. Otherwise, the garbage bins must be kept in the garage.
● Dishes / Spills: Before leaving, wash all the dishes you used and place them on the drying rack. If something has spilled, please clean it up immediately afterwards
● Towels: Place all used towels in the hamper.
● Furniture: If you’ve moved any furniture, you must move them back to their original location.
● Pets: If you brought a pet(s) with you, please clean up after them.
● Make sure to take all your items with you. Make sure to double check items that you may have left in the refrigerator, backyard, garage, washer/dryer, and the kitchen cabinets. People often leave items in these areas.
● Check-Out: Please lock the front door after you leave.

- We welcome pets at our property! However, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our space for all guests, there is an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $500

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

We require all guests to sign an electronic rental agreement and provide a $300 security deposit that will be released back to your card on file upon confirmation of a clean check-out.
