Security: Exterior cameras at front and back doors (no interior cameras). Smart noise and smoke detection devices installed (measures decibel levels only; no audio recording).

Parking
Seasonal Street Parking: Limited on-street parking is available from April – November. (Please note: Watertown typically restricts overnight street parking during winter months.)

House Rules (Please Read Before Booking)
We want to ensure a safe and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors.

Stairs: This is a second-floor unit accessed by stairs only.
No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violation fine: $1,000.
Quiet Hours: Absolutely no parties, events, loud music, or large gatherings. Disturbance reports from neighbors or police will result in immediate removal without refund and a $1,000 fine.
Pets: Furry friends are welcome! $100 pet fee per stay for up to 2 pets.
Deliveries: Food and short-term deliveries are allowed, but please do not ship packages or mail to the property.
Neighbors: The other unit is occupied by long-term tenants; please be respectful of shared spaces and noise levels.
