This condo has 2 cozy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows with duvets. The primary bedroom has a King size Casper memory foam bed and an on-suite private bath. It also has a 43" TV smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services, a closet with hangers, 2 nightstands, and a portable fan. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk, great for kids or small family. This room includes a 36" smart tv for your favorite streaming services, a nightstand, a closet with hangers, a portable fan, and direct access to the 2nd bathroom.

The primary bath is completely renovated with a full shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, heat lamp, and high-quality towels. The 2nd bathroom includes a shower/tub combo , starter packs of shampoo, condition, bar soap, a heat lamp and towels.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆
With windows facing the ocean, the living area is bright and cheery. The 54" flat screen TV has cable and your favorite streaming services. The dining room seats 6 and there are 2 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all the comforts of home including lots of cabinet space to store your groceries, a full size refrigerator with ice maker (and ice trays), electric oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender. Also included are pots, pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, children's plates, cups and plasticware. Our coffee obsessed bar includes a Keurig with kcup and 12 cup pot, regular and decaf coffee, teas, gourmet syrups, sugar and non-dairy creamer to get you started. We also provide starter packs of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, and trash bags.

☆☆ LAUNDRY ☆☆
A new stackable washer/dryer is available for your private use including washing machine pod for one load, and a portable steamer to get wrinkles out of clothing.

Guests can use the entire condo. There is a private closet on the first floor with beach chairs (4) , beach toys, umbrellas and boogie boards. There is also a shared pool (open April - October) with outdoor shower.

This 4-story condo has 2 elevators, parking for two cars (use passes), and luggage carts to assist. There are 5 steps down to access this unit. Motorcycles or golf carts are not permitted on the property.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you on your date of arrival.

Garden City Beach is about 10 miles south of the center of Myrtle Beach and 3 miles north of Murrell's Inlet. It's a 15 minute ride to the Myrtle Beach airport. Garden City Beach is more residential and quieter - a great place for small families looking for a safe area and nice people.

Walk to the Garden City Pier, arcade, restaurants and bars.

☆ Early check-in/late check-out cannot be accommodated in the summer season. I am happy to provide local recommendations to keep you busy prior to 4pm.

☆No smoking/vaping/marijuana is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Animals not permitted due to homeowner allergies and HOA guidelines for guests.
☆Additional Cleaning Fees: The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover only. Excessive cleaning due to unusually dirty conditions, biohazardous materials (including human or pet waste, bodily fluids, or vomit), excessive trash, stains, or other conditions requiring significantly more cleaning time may result in an additional cleaning fee charged after checkout. Charges will be based on the actual time and cost required to restore the property.

☆REFUNDS☆
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues, beach closures, power outages, personal illness or injury, or natural disasters.
