Perched above a beautiful, tree-filled valley, this three-bedroom home offers two spacious patio decks designed for enjoying Prescott’s gorgeous scenery. Sip your morning coffee as the sunlight reaches the hills, spend the afternoon relaxing in the hammock, or gather around the outdoor fire table as the sun sets beyond the valley.



Inside, the bright and comfortable main level features a welcoming living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and plenty of seating for spending time together. Large windows bring in the surrounding natural beauty, while the open kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and gather around the table.



The home offers three bedrooms arranged across two levels. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor. The third bedroom is downstairs and includes its own en suite bathroom, creating a more private space for guests.



The downstairs level is one of the home’s most memorable features. Decorated as an Old West saloon, this entertaining space is filled with authentic Western charm and includes a rustic bar, piano, comfortable seating, and plenty of room to relax. Please note that stairs are required to access the downstairs bedroom, en suite bathroom, saloon, and lower deck.
