About this house rental
You will never feel more at home in Santa Fe than at this charming house just North of the town's historic center, the Plaza. Lovingly furnished and appointed, this space will welcome you to our city with comfort and style. With multiple desks, a printer, and fast WiFi, the home is ideal for our most productive guests.
LIVING AREA
The living room has comfortable seating for four in front of the smart TV and the authentic Kiva fireplace. This is an ideal gathering space for a small group.
KITCHEN, AND DINING
The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking homemade meals, which can be enjoyed by guests in the formal dining area. Although the wonderful Santa Fe restaurants are only a quick walk away!
BED AND BATH
Both bedrooms feature king beds. One has an en-suite bath, and the other has a bathroom in the hallway, right outside the room.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy Santa Fe's famous sunshine and weather while using the gas grill in the private backyard. Outdoor seating for four is provided.

PLEASE NOTE
- This home is cooled by evaporative cooling rather than traditional A/C, which is standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate. Evaporative coolers are only available from May 15th- October 1st.
- The covered parking space is a tight fit with larger vehicles. If you are not comfortable parking in tight spaces, park your SUVs or trucks on the free and safe street parking on Griffin Street.
- The Fireplace is available October 15th- April 15th
- This home is NOT pet friendly. We have exterior cameras to monitor, and the cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $2000 fee.
