House in a quiet community backing onto a pond and 18th hole of The Legends of Arrowhead. Extremely personal golf course view. Private backyard pool and outdoor kitchen make this a perfect spot for relaxing. Nature is abundant. Close to many restaurants, pubs and grocery stores. Easy access to loop 101 and I 17 for a side trip to surrounding communities such as Scottsdale or venturing out to Sedona, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon. Thunderbird Mountain is close by for hiking. Quick freeway access to Spring Training Stadiums, Westgate Entertainment District, Cave Creek
