· Catamaran Resort and Spa: about a 12 minute walk down the bayfront. Not affiliated with us, but the grounds are open to the public and worth an afternoon. The tiki bar, the koi ponds, the resident parrots, and the Bahia Belle sternwheeler that runs from their dock on weekend evenings.
· Ocean and the boardwalk: about a 15 minute walk west
· Garnet Avenue restaurants and bars: about a 15 minute walk
· Crystal Pier: about 20 minutes on foot
· Belmont Park and the Mission Beach roller coaster: 10 minute drive
· SeaWorld: 10 minute drive
· San Diego airport: about 15 minutes
· Paddleboard, kayak and bike rentals: a short walk along the bay

A HONEST NOTE ON TWO THINGS
No air conditioning. This is normal for older Pacific Beach buildings sitting this close to the water. There are ceiling fans in every room and the bay breeze does most of the work.

No water view from inside. You're a one minute walk from the bay, not looking down at it. We'd rather set that straight up front.
