The Space:

This two-bedroom, two-bath home is filled with natural light and thoughtfully decorated with warm woods, coastal colors and comfortable furnishings that make it feel special while still being a place where you can truly relax.



The kitchen, dining and living areas flow together in one bright, open space. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and plenty of room to prepare meals at home, while the living room offers a comfortable pull-out sofa for movie nights or additional sleeping space.



One of the best parts of the home is how easily the indoors open to the outside. Large sliding doors disappear to connect the living area with the private deck, creating one beautiful space for everyone to gather. Enjoy breakfast outside, fire up the BBQ after a day at the beach, or pour a glass of wine and settle in for dinner as the sun begins to set.



And then there's the rooftop.



Head upstairs to a private rooftop retreat with views stretching toward Mission Bay and the coast. Spend an afternoon stretched out on the lounge chairs with a book, or come up in the evening to watch the sky change colors over the water. A large sectional surrounds the fire pit, creating the perfect place to gather for drinks, conversation and those warm San Diego nights you won't want to end.



When it's time to unwind, the spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, large closet and Frame TV. The second bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, giving families and groups plenty of flexibility without sacrificing comfort, and also has its own Frame TV.



The living room's pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations, allowing the home to welcome up to seven guests comfortably.



Two full bathrooms and an in-home washer and dryer make everything easy, whether you're visiting for a quick beach getaway or settling in for a longer stay.

Mission Bay is just a few blocks from the home, while Pacific Beach and the oceanfront are also within easy reach.



When you feel like staying close to home, you'll find plenty of neighborhood spots for coffee, casual meals and drinks nearby. And when you're ready to explore beyond PB, Mission Beach, La Jolla, SeaWorld and many of San Diego's favorite destinations are just a short drive away.



It's an ideal location for experiencing San Diego the way locals love it, by the water, outdoors and never too far from a great meal or sunset.



Getting Around:

This is a great neighborhood to explore on foot or by bike, especially when you're heading toward Mission Bay or around Pacific Beach. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, the bay and the beach are all nearby, so you won't necessarily need your car every time you head out.



For exploring farther around San Diego, the home also offers convenient access to Mission Beach, La Jolla, Ocean Beach, downtown and other popular coastal neighborhoods.



Other Things to Note:

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet - 2 dogs maximum.

• One designated parking space is included in the back of the building.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

• As part of our standard verification process, we do require that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
