Waterfall Townhome Furnished as 30 Day Minimum Rental. Relaxing Waterfall Community 1 mile to beach and 1/2 a mile to Shipwreck Island on the way to the Beach. Views of the Water from most rooms. Lake has water feature with lights at night for stargazing also! Pet friendly! 2 Pets Maximum however, We will consider little pets additional with prior approval. Community Pool with plenty of outdoor seating at pool make this a Holiday Home to Remember with Beach Just Quick Walk !

You will receive 4 digit code before arrival
Guest Access:
Parking in one Car Garage, 1 Garage Door Opener and small driveway for your golf cart if you decide to rent or trailer. Overflow parking just steps away.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet Residential Neighborhood next to end unit make it private and quaint! Pool is just near the entrance of Waterfall Community.
Getting Around:
15-minute walk to beach and just across from J R Arnold High School. Just West of Hathaway Bridge, nearby the Tyndall Air Force Base entrance and Panama City, FL just over the Hathaway Bridge on the other side nearby Florida State Satellite Office and Boat Tours to Shell Island and Crooked Isle about 25 minutes away via boat may be 40 minutes by waterway.
Other Things to Note:
Location is prime for Beach Access, Shipwreck Water Park, Shopping nearby at Pier Park, and numerous restaurants and beach community!
