This completely renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers approximately 1,250 square feet of comfortable, thoughtfully designed living space in a peaceful, established residential neighborhood on a quiet Buellton cul-de-sac.

The interior was taken down to the sheetrock and finished with new plumbing, central heating and air conditioning, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings, beds and household essentials. Extended-Stay Details: Utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer and trash) are included up to a combined $300 per 30-day period and prorated for partial periods. Usage exceeding the allowance is the guest’s responsibility. A 240V outlet is available for EV charging; EV electricity usage is not included in the utility allowance and is billed separately. A signed rental agreement is required for stays of 30 nights or longer. Only registered guests may occupy the home; no additional overnight guests without prior written approval.
