Built for multi-family getaways, tournament weekends and Phoenix sports trips, this game and activity house gives groups plenty to do without leaving the property. The five-bedroom tri-level main home and Bedroom 6 in the detached studio casita accommodate up to 22 overnight guests, with multiple places to play, cook, relax and spread out.

Play Inside

The garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room with mini-split heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Challenge the group to pool, ping-pong or poker, or explore hundreds of games on two arcade cabinets. Two TVs are ready for guest-provided consoles or streaming through guests' own service accounts. Board games and books provide even more ways to unwind together.


Play Outside

Bring the competition outdoors to the private pickleball court; paddles and balls are provided. Share meals at the outdoor dining table, relax in the seating around the propane fire pit, or enjoy the fully fenced main yard. Bedroom 6 in the detached studio casita has its own separately fenced yard.

Relax And Gather

Recharge in the year-round hot tub, prepare dinner on the outdoor propane grill or settle in around the propane fire pit. Propane is supplied for both. Inside, the fully stocked main kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, while the dining area, living room and family room provide several places to cook, eat and spend time together.


Sleep And Spread Out

The finalized bed map includes seven queen beds, one full-size sleeper sofa and three queen sleeper sofas, accommodating up to 22 overnight guests:
• Bedroom 1: queen bed + full-size sleeper sofa; ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4).
• Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: one queen bed in each room (sleeps 2 per room).
• Bedroom 5: two queen beds + queen sleeper sofa; ensuite bathroom and kitchenette (sleeps 6).
• Bedroom 6 - detached studio casita: queen bed, full kitchen and full bathroom (sleeps 2).
• Living room: queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).
• Family room: queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

Comfort, Connectivity And Family Essentials

Fast Wi-Fi with service speeds up to 250 Mbps and air conditioning throughout the main home keep the group comfortable and connected. The casita and garage game room each have their own mini-split. TVs are located in every bedroom, including the casita, as well as the main living room, family room and game room. Two washer-and-dryer sets - one in the main-level laundry room and one in the casita - make longer stays easier. A high chair, Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware are kept at the property.

Dog-Friendly

Up to two dogs are welcome with one $100 pet fee covering both dogs. The main yard and casita yard are fully fenced.

A Phoenix Base For Sports And Family Trips

Stay close to family attractions, spring-training and tournament venues, and major event districts. Approximate drive times vary with traffic:
• Castles N' Coasters: approximately 10-15 minutes.
• Peoria Sports Complex and Hurricane Harbor Phoenix: approximately 15-20 minutes.
• Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium and Downtown Phoenix: approximately 20-25 minutes.
• Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: approximately 25-30 minutes.






Guests have private access to the tri-level main home, Bedroom 6 in the detached studio casita, game room, pickleball court, year-round hot tub, fully fenced yards, outdoor dining area, propane grill and propane fire pit. Pickleball paddles and balls are provided.

Self check-in is available through a smart lock. Parking is available for up to six vehicles: three in the driveway and three in the designated parking area beside the garage. The garage is dedicated to the game room and is not available for vehicle parking. Street parking is not permitted.

• The main home has a tri-level layout and requires the use of stairs.
• Bedroom 6 is located in a detached studio casita with a separate exterior entrance, full kitchen, full bathroom, TV, washer and dryer, and its own fully fenced yard.
• The indoor fireplace is not an available amenity and may not be used at any time.
• Guests may connect their own gaming consoles to the two game-room TVs or stream through their own service accounts.
• Daytime visitors require advance approval. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted without approval.
• The hot tub is available year-round.
• This property cannot be used for purposes identified in City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(C). City of Phoenix short-term rental permit: STR-2026-001229.
