- For everyone's safety and to comply with local regulations, only guests included on the reservation may be at the home.

2. NO PETS, SMOKING, PARTIES, OR EVENTS
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- No cannabis or illegal substances on the property.

3. RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the rooftop deck and outdoor areas.

4. NO SAND IN THE UNIT
- Please use the outdoor shower located on the left-hand side of the carport to rinse off before entering the unit.
- Please make sure to rinse off all sand before entering the jacuzzi.

5. ENJOY THE HOME
- You'll have full access to the private Unit B, including the rooftop deck.
- Please treat the home as if it were your own.
- For everyone's security, please don't share access codes with anyone outside your reservation.

1. HOW TO ENTER
- The front of the property is Unit A and is off limits. Please use the entrance located in the alley behind the house.
- Your entrance is located at the rear of the property and is accessible from the back alley.
- Enter through the carport and walk along the left-hand side of the house until you find the door clearly labeled "Unit B"
- Enter through this door (it will be left unlocked for you prior to your stay).
- Once inside, walk up the stairs to the top landing. Unlock the door on the right-hand side, which is the entrance to your unit.

2. TO UNLOCK THE DOOR
- Touch or swipe the keypad/screen to wake it up.
- Enter your access code by tapping the circle that contains each number.
- Press the check icon at the bottom to unlock the door.

3. TO LOCK THE DOOR
- Close the door completely.
- Press the bottom portion of the screen.
- You should hear a clicking sound, and the top of the screen will light up green. Pull the door firmly shut when you hear the clicking sound.

4. BEACH EQUIPMENT
- Along the right-hand side of the carport you should see a black bin.
- Attached to black bin you will see the lock box
- Use the code 3460 to open the lock box and inside is the beach equipment.
