It is the ultimate home base for a relaxing couple's getaway or a small family beach vacation. To maximize the home's breezy layout and open flow, all interior rooms feature sleek, space-saving pocket doors that lock for complete privacy. Please note that to maintain our exceptionally clean environment, Oar Isle Stay is a strictly pet-free property.

We're tucked away at the very end of coveted Coast Guard Road, offering the best of both worlds: a peaceful, quiet cul-de-sac with virtually no through traffic, yet just steps from the beach. And there's another local secret to our location: Coast Guard Road ends at the first intersection at the Emerald Isle Bridge, meaning when it's time to head home, you can avoid much of the checkout-day traffic during the busy summer season.
Coast Guard Road itself is part of the experience. The dedicated path along the road is perfect for biking, walking, jogging, skating—or simply taking a leisurely stroll to enjoy the island. Being at the end of the road means you have the full length of Coast Guard Road right at your doorstep. Add in the beach just steps away, the peaceful cul-de-sac, and easy access to everything Emerald Isle has to offer, and it's hard to imagine a better spot to stay.
Rare 50-Foot Private Parking - EV Charging
Oar Isle Stay features a 50-foot long single lane driveway that easily accommodates up to two vehicles (back-to-back), or a vehicle with a small boat/trailer—a rare and highly desired luxury so close to the surf!
EV Friendly: Travel with peace of mind. The driveway comes equipped with a NEMA 14-50 outlet and 30 foot extension, making it easy to plug in and charge your electric vehicle right on-site (please bring your own charging cable).
The driveway is best suited for standard vehicles, trucks, and boats/trailers. Large motorhomes, RVs, and camper vans intended for overnight sleeping aren't a good fit for the driveway and cannot be accommodated.

Guests enjoy full exclusive access to our stocked outdoor storage locker, complete with: All-terrain beach wagon with big sand tires, premium cooler for cold drinks by the surf, boogie boards and skimboards.
