The bedroom also has its own private ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

♛ Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features another comfortable queen-size bed, fresh linens, ample storage, work desk, and its own Smart TV — perfect for guests who want their own private space. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom but has another door that could be accessed by the living area; it has a shower, sink, and toilet, along with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
