Our unit was fantastic. It is in a quaint little neighborhood that has probably been there way before all of the grand hotels. As with any older home you can tell it is older which gives it charm. The owners have done a great job updating the interior. The beds were comfy. Big deal for us! We enjoyed walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. The only thing I could add would be beach gear but I am sure that is hard to keep in rental. The neighbors were super nice.

We really enjoyed staying there again the host for lovely people. What they say about the common yard sitting under the palm trees is true. It's quiet it's safe it's great but if you're looking for a high level luxury this is not your place. If you want to be walking distance from the beach and want it to be cleaned safe and quiet this is a great place. We are ocean oriented and no frills type people and we loved it.
