The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full-size fridge and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a feast with fresh local produce. The private courtyard sets the scene for alfresco dining, with a gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and large outdoor umbrella creating an ideal spot to savour meals in the fresh air.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, with both opening onto a private balcony. The third bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for kids or friends. With a TV in every bedroom, everyone can enjoy a little downtime at the end of the day. The main bathroom pairs a full-size bathtub with a separate shower, offering a welcoming space to refresh after a day out, while a ground-floor powder room adds extra convenience.
A separate laundry with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and iron makes longer stays easy. On-site parking for one vehicle is available in the private carport, with additional free street parking nearby.

Port Noarlunga combines a vibrant café scene with one of Adelaide's most picturesque stretches of coastline, all within an easy stroll. Walk around eight minutes to Port Noarlunga Beach and the historic 300-metre jetty, where you can fish or snorkel in the protected Port Noarlunga Aquatic Reserve and follow its underwater reef trail. The patrolled beach is perfect for swimming and beginner surfers.
Start the day at Agatha's, grab coffee and pastries from Beck's Bakehouse, enjoy authentic flavours at Tequila'n Tacos, then join the queue at the iconic Port Noarlunga Fish & Chips, famed for serving some of Australia's best fish and chips.
For more adventure, kayak or canoe along the Onkaparinga River into the national park gorge. Colonnades Shopping Centre is just a six-minute drive away for everyday essentials. McLaren Vale's renowned wineries and cellar doors are around 15 minutes away by car.
