The Space:

You enter the property into the open-plan living and dining space, here you will find a comfortable three-seater sofa and armchair, coffee table, television, and a four-person wooden dining table. The television is a smart tv with a Firestick. The kitchen is just off the living room with a door out to the galleria where the washing machine and boiler are housed. The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin single beds, one bedside cabinet, and a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and towels adequate for the season. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet, and sink. There is a second bathroom located in the utility area.

Hot and Cold air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms.

In front of the apartment, there is an ample tiled terrace area that belongs to the apartment. The communal pool area is gated and is a pool with an adjoining children's pool. Its surroundings are tiled.



The Neighborhood:

Within a 2-minute walk of the property you have the commercial centre Zenia Mar, here you will find many bars and restaurants as well. At the top of the road you have Centro Commercial Costa, here you also have an extensive choice of amenities including Side Street café, Bassus, Avanti, McDonald's, and more. Zenia Boulevard is just a 10-minute walk away…….

You also have 3 supermarkets on your doorstep, Consume is a 5 min walk away and both Lidl and Mercadona are also within a 10-15-minute walk.

For beaches, la Zenia beach is a 20-minute walk away, but along this part of the coastline, you have many more to choose from all within a 10-minute drive.

For the avid golfers, Campomore, Villamartin and Las Ramblas are all within a 10-minute drive with many more within a 30-minute drive as well.
