House Rules:
⭑ Must be 25 and older- ID required
⭑ Absolutely no unauthorized guests, only those who are on the reservation are allowed to be in the apartment. Violation of the rule, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
⭑ No Pets: A $500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized pets.
⭑ Please respect my neighbors, no loud noise or parties: A $1000 fee applies
⭑ Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the building. If detected, guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
⭑ Please don't eat or drink on the couch, if any stains are found, a fee of $300 cleaning will be applied.
⭑Please turn the heat off and air conditioning when leaving the apartment; don't leave them on all day.
⭑ Lost keys or fobs will be charged a minimum $150 rekey fee.
⭑ Please don't walk on the carpet with shoes it is new.
⭑ Host is allowed to deny guests who don't provide full names and ID for all guests staying, for security reasons
