Welcome to Pines & Peaks Retreat, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in South Lake Tahoe designed for guests who want to experience the beauty of Tahoe while enjoying the comfort and convenience of a modern home.
One of the best parts of Pines & Peaks Retreat is its access to the outdoors. The home is close to hiking trails, bike trails, the lake/beach, and open space; giving you plenty of opportunities to get outside and experience the natural beauty of South Lake Tahoe

Welcome to your comfortable home away from home! This well-appointed 3-bedroom house offers the amenities and comforts you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in South Lake Tahoe.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is stocked with a variety of appliances, cookware, dishes, and tools so you can easily prepare meals just like you would at home. Amenities include:

Cozy Family Room
The comfortable family room provides plenty of seating for your group, with a full-size couch and two leather recliners. Enjoy the Smart TV with access to Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+ for your entertainment.
Please note: The wood-burning fireplace is not in use, and no fires or fire burning are permitted anywhere inside the home.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including:
-Bluetooth smart alarm clocks with phone charging & a variety of soothing sleep sounds

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the primary bathroom for your laundry needs.
Outdoor Space
The backyard is accessible through the side door off the kitchen or directly through the primary bedroom. Enjoy the fresh Tahoe air while relaxing in one of six Adirondack chairs.
-Important Fire Safety Information: Open fires are not permitted within the City of South Lake Tahoe. This includes outdoor fires.

-Please note there are 5 steps going down into the primary bedroom from the home hallway, as well as 2 steps down into the en suite bathroom from the primary bedroom

-Ceiling Fans in kitchen and primary bedroom
-tower fans in two other bedrooms
Due to the location cell reception is very weak, using provided internet will allow for WIFI call/text messages.
Noise Monitoring & Privacy Notice
Per the City of South Lake Tahoe, a noise monitoring device is required inside the home. This device measures noise levels only and does not record conversations or audio.For your privacy and peace of mind, there are no video cameras anywhere inside the home.If noise levels become excessive, the noise monitor may send a notification to the guest asking that the noise be reduced. This helps protect both our guests and hosts from potential city violations and fines, which can be up to $1,500.
A Good Neighbor agreement is required by the city of South Lake Tahoe. Form will be sent over, but all the rules have already been outline in the description.
