Welcome to your coastal home away from home at Saturn Condominium. Completely updated and beautifully refreshed, this third-floor 2-bedroom condo offers a comfortable, polished space to relax, work, and enjoy everything the Space Coast has to offer.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to three guests and features flexible sleeping arrangements with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a twin bed in the second bedroom, and a Murphy bed in the living room for guests who prefer their own sleeping space. If you would like to use the Murphy bed during your stay, please let us know prior to arrival so we can relocate the dining table and have the Murphy bed set up and ready for you when you arrive.

The living room opens to the East balcony, where you can enjoy views of the pool and beach. A second North balcony offers sweeping views of the river, giving you two different outdoor spaces to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.

Kitchen

The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for both everyday meals and longer stays. You`ll find a Keurig coffee maker with milk frother, toaster, stovetop tea kettle, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils, steak knives, scissors, mixing bowls, pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, cooking knives, measuring spoons, a small grater, pizza cutter, can opener, ice cream scoop, Tupperware, and assorted strainers.

Whether you`re making a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or preparing dinner at home, you`ll have the essentials you need.

Bathrooms

The condo offers two bathrooms, with one featuring a bathtub and the other a walk-in shower, providing flexibility for both families and extended stays.

Pool & Beach

One of the best parts of staying at Saturn is having the pool and beach access right on the property. Guests can enjoy the community pool and beautiful coastal surroundings without having to travel far.

Beach access is available through the pool gates, making it convenient to go from the condo to the sand and surf.

For beach days, we`ve provided two beach chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler, so you can head down to the beach without having to bring all the extras with you.

After a day at the beach, take a refreshing swim in the community pool or return to the condo and relax on one of the two private balconies.

Parking

The condo includes one assigned, covered parking space for your convenience.

If you are traveling with an additional vehicle or vehicles, additional uncovered parking is available on the property.

Please be sure to park only in your assigned covered space and designated guest/uncovered parking areas. Do not park in another unit’s assigned carport. All vehicles parked on the property must have a current license tag.

Community

Saturn Condominium offers a peaceful, well-maintained residential setting with beautifully landscaped grounds, a heated community pool, and a recreation/basketball court. Located along Florida’s Space Coast, the area is also an exciting place to experience rocket launches from nearby Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Depending on the launch, you may even be able to catch a glimpse from the property.

The condo is conveniently located near Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, local restaurants and shops, and the area`s major employers and attractions, making it a comfortable home base for both business and leisure.

This is a thoughtfully renovated home, and we hope you`ll treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.

Murphy Bed: If you would like to use the Murphy bed in the living room during your stay, please notify us prior to arrival. We will need to relocate the dining table and have the Murphy bed set up for you.

Automatic Storm Shutters: There are automatic storm shutters on both sliding glass doors leading to the balconies. If you open or close the shutters, it is extremely important that the switch is returned to the middle, neutral position immediately after the shutter has reached the fully open or fully closed position. Never leave the switch in the up or down position. Leaving the switch engaged can cause the motors to continue running and may damage them. Always return the switch to the middle/neutral position.

Laundry: The washer and dryer are not located inside the condo. There is a laundry room on each floor of the building, with multiple washers and dryers available for guest use.

Laundry machines can be paid for through an app. Instructions for using the app are posted on the wall inside the laundry room. Guests also have the option of purchasing a reloaded laundry card instead.

Laundry cards can be purchased and collected from the machine located in the building`s lobby. When entering through the building`s front doors, the machine is located on the left side of the lobby. If you need assistance using the machine, the front desk can help you.

Rental Requirements: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will need your best email address so we can send the required paperwork. Prior to check-in, all guests must complete a Rental Agreement Form and sign a Rental Agreement, as required by Saturn Condominium.

Building Access & Keys: Saturn Condominium is a secure, controlled-access building designed for the safety and security of residents and guests. A building key is required to enter the building, so we will coordinate your key exchange for your arrival date. Each reservation will be provided with a designated number of building keys at check-in.

Please keep your keys secure throughout your stay. Lost keys will incur a $200 replacement fee per key. Requests for additional keys beyond those provided at check-in are also subject to a $200 fee per additional key.

Condominium Rules: Please observe all condominium rules and quiet hours during your stay. These guidelines help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the community and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
HOUSE RULES
1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6) If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.
7) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
8) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
9) A Late Checkout Fee of $250 will be charged to the payment on file if you checkout late without prior approval.
10) There is a lost key fee of $200 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
11) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Checkout Instructions
Thank you for staying at our Vacation Rental. Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do.

Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the condition as when you arrived. We would greatly appreciate it! Thank you for staying with us and hope to see you again!

• Set the thermostat to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Place used towels in the bathroom.
• Log out of all streaming apps you logged into & check for any personal belongings.
• Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
• Load and start the dishwasher.
• Take out the trash if it`s full.
• Lock the door and return the key to us.
