The Space:

The upstairs home is all about light and vantage. Original mid-century details, hardwood underfoot, and windows that pull in the hills — then the deck, where the Hollywood sign sits in view, the Silver Lake Reservoir peeks through, and Griffith Observatory stands silhouetted at sunset. It's the kind of spot where you linger over coffee and end the day by the fire pit watching the light change.



Inside, two real bedrooms give you flexibility: a king to settle into and a second room that doubles as an office with a twin trundle — ideal if you're working from LA or traveling with a little one or a friend. You've got a full kitchen with a Nespresso Vertuo espresso machine, fast wifi, a smart TV loaded with streaming, a record player, and board games for the slow nights. Everything for a longer, comfortable stay.

This is the upstairs home of a private two-unit duplex. The gated driveway/parking, the outdoor gym and the portable BBQ are shared with the downstairs home; the private backyard and hot tub belong to the downstairs home and aren't included with this unit.

Whole Foods and the neighborhood shops are a quick hop, and the Reservoir loop is right there when you want to move.

Guest Access:

The upstairs home and its deck are all yours. Self check-in with a lockbox at your door — the code is in your check-in details, so you can arrive on your own time. I'm only a message away the whole stay.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the Silver Lake hills above the Reservoir — one of LA's most walkable, most-loved eastside neighborhoods. Coffee, wine, great food, and the Reservoir loop are all close, with Los Feliz, Frogtown, and Glassell Park just minutes out.



Getting Around:

A gated driveway keeps things private, with street parking on the block and an EV charger in the shared drive if you're in a Tesla or EV. Rideshare is quick and plentiful, and Downtown, Los Feliz, and Hollywood are all short drives.



Other Things to Note:

No parties or events. Disruptive late-night noise counts as a party; quiet hours are 10pm–8am out of respect for the neighbors. Noise complaints or a police visit = fine and possible eviction.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or on the deck.

Pets considered case-by-case — just ask before booking.

This home has a Nespresso Vertuo espresso machine. We leave you pods to start; replacing them during your stay is up to you, and it takes Vertuo pods only (Original-line and Keurig pods will not fit).

There is no microwave and no dishwasher in this home.

The propane fire pit lights with the ignitor switch — please turn it off when you're done and never leave it burning unattended.

This is the upstairs home of a duplex; the downstairs home is occupied separately. The outdoor gym, driveway and portable BBQ are shared and used at your own risk; the downstairs garden and hot tub are not included.

For safety, there are exterior security cameras (entry/exterior only, no interior and no audio), as disclosed.
