Fall into bed and truly unwind, our bedrooms are designed to double as your personal retreat.

• The primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed, a full-length mirror to get ready in style, and a spacious walk-in closet, perfect for long stays.

• The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed and a foldable, height-adjustable desk ideal for remote work. With large doors and privacy curtains, you’ll have your own quiet zone to focus or recharge.

Rooms are thoughtfully equipped with blackout curtains and an air purifier for a peaceful night or day’s rest. They are also the perfect setting to cozy up with a good book.

• The open-concept kitchen and living area are full of natural light and stocked with essentials for every type of stay, from morning coffee to takeout nights or home-cooked meals. You’ll also find ample pantry space, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker to set the vibe.

• The in-unit washer and dryer make stays a breeze, and the newly renovated bathroom with a full bathtub is designed with your comfort in mind.

• Traveling with pets? We’ve got you covered with dog towels, bowls, a blanket, nearby parks and pet-friendly spots.

• The private patio is just for you, enjoy a coffee on the bench with outdoor cushions, or unwind under the sky.

• Guests will have full private access to the apartment and patio, except for a small supply closet. You'll receive a secure code for self-check-in. The space is yours to enjoy, including the washer/dryer and desk/workstation.

• Please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed.

• The street directly in front of the apartment is a permit-only zone. We generally provide parking permits, but please note that they are not guaranteed due to city supply. When available, permits allow you to park right in front of the apartment. If permits are not available during your stay, don’t worry! We’ll provide a parking map with nearby options before check-in. There is plenty of free street parking nearby.

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee, depending on our cleaning schedule. If you need guaranteed early arrival or late departure, we recommend booking the night before or after your stay.

Please remember you’re staying in a person’s home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note there is nobody living on-site 24/7.

Communication via message in the app or phone is available from 9 am to 7:30 pm. Please expect slower response times after hours or until the following day.

Nestled in the heart of West Town/Ukrainian Village, our apartment is surrounded by local charm and convenience. Walk to Michelin-starred Kasama, trendy restaurants on Division Street, and cozy coffee shops. Just minutes from the United Center, Illinois Medical District, and CTA access, you’ll love exploring Chicago’s food scene, parks, and vibrant culture, all from a quiet, residential street that feels like home.

Getting around is easy! Free street parking is available nearby. You’re just a short walk to multiple bus lines and about 15 minutes from the Blue Line, perfect for exploring downtown or getting to O’Hare. Ride shares and bike-friendly streets make moving around a breeze.

Please also note that because the building is vintage, you will hear some noise from the upstairs neighbors and occasionally from passersby's. We provide an air purifier that will cover most of the noise for the lightest sleepers.

• We are constantly refreshing the furnishings and some items might look different from the photos when you arrive to provide the best experience possible!

• Garden units are common in Chicago. They are slightly lower than ground level but not underground, so you’ll need to climb stairs. While this is common for such units and contributes to the cozy atmosphere, we want to set the right expectations for your stay. The space remains bright, comfortable, well-designed, and inviting, providing a unique and intimate experience.

• The street directly in front of the apartment is a permit-only zone. We generally provide parking permits, but please note that they are not guaranteed.

• We are proud to offer a pet-friendly space open with both guests and their furry companions in mind. While our professional cleaners follow high standards, in a pet-friendly home it’s not always possible to eliminate 100% of pet hair or allergens. If you are highly sensitive to pet hair or have allergies, this may not be the best fit. By booking this space, you acknowledge and accept that traces are not considered a cleanliness issue or grounds for refunds.
