Inside we find a cosy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and various details that preserve the rustic and traditional character of Majorcan houses. The property also has air conditioning, providing greater comfort during the warmer months.



The outdoor area is one of the great attractions of the property. Its private pool invites you to cool off and relax during the summer days, whilst the covered and shaded porch offers a pleasant space to shelter from the sun and peacefully enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.



The house also has private parking with capacity for up to 3 vehicles, providing convenience especially for those guests who want to explore the island by car.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of air conditioning and heating is not included in the accommodation price.



Air conditioning consumption will be charged according to actual consumption recorded during the stay, at a rate of €0.32/kWh, and must be paid at the end of the stay.



- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
