All bookings include free running water, plus a total of €50 towards electricity and non-electricity consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties are fitted with internal or external meters, which are accessible and can be checked by the guest. The charge for additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2 per person per night’s stay. Children under 16 are exempt from this tax.



All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
